Interconnected Themes

As mentioned in my first blog post, the theme of Water and Environmental Change in Africa is extremely broad and covers a wide variety of topics. I discussed with my fellow peers who chose the same theme about the potential ways we can break it down and narrow our focus. What resulted from this was a mindmap, albeit simple, reveals the interconnectedness and some of the complexities within the theme.

From this discussion I have decided to structure my blog around two things. First, how climate change is affecting water resources in specific regions (not necessarily separated by country borders as resources are transboundary) then explore how affected communities are building climate resilience (or not).
